This role will focus on assessing property damage, preparing detailed reports and estimates for insurers, and managing repairs through to completion on residential and commercial properties.
The Role
- Inspect damaged residential and commercial properties
- Assess building damage and prepare detailed scopes of work
- Compile causation reports and cost estimates for insurers
- Coordinate trades and manage repairs through to completion
- Maintain clear communication with clients, insurers, consultants and subcontractors
- Base salary + Super + Car
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualified
- Strong estimating and quoting experience
- Ability to assess building damage and prepare accurate scopes
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs
