About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of revenue growth — identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across a range of markets. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations
teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our business goals.
Your mission? Open doors to new accounts, nurture long-term client relationships, and be the trusted advisor our customers can rely on.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, approach, and win new business opportunities across target industries.
- Sales & Account Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to closing — while maintaining and growing key client relationships.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships, acting as the key point of contact and trusted partner.
- Product & Technical Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to confidently present tailored solutions to clients.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and lead negotiations that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strategy Execution: Work collaboratively on go-to-market strategies and execute tactical plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Problem Solving & Agility: Address challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- As a Business Development Manager you'll have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).
- This Business Development Manager will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The Business Development Manager will have the ability to understand client needs and align them with tailored solutions.
- This Business Development Manager must have a strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- The Business Development Manager will be collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated.
- The Business Development Manager should have experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Operations) is highly regarded.
