Duties include
- Liaise with clients to service their Labour Hire requirements
- Manage and nurture existing relationships
- Oversee Staff allocations
- Oversee Safety and Toolbox Talks
- Communicate and sell the business proposition and execute workflow
- Document administration and organisation
- Deal with and schedule networking and business opportunities and convert leads
- Train hire and develop staff
- Manage Industrial Relations and requirements
- Build and maintain existing relationships
- Win new work and introduce new clients
- You Must have Construction Industry experience
- Excellent Communication and Team Working Skills
- Interest in Business Development and the ability to generate new work
- Management experience
