Our client is a well-established boutique builder delivering some of Sydney's most prestigious custom homes and luxury renovations, with projects valued at up to $15 million across the Eastern Suburbs.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with residential construction experience who is looking to develop their commercial skills while working alongside an experienced Director and Project Manager.
The Opportunity Based in the Eastern Suburbs, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll receive direct mentoring from senior leaders and gain exposure to every aspect of contract administration within a premium residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with contract administration across multiple luxury residential projects.
- Prepare subcontractor packages, purchase orders and scopes of work.
- Support procurement and subcontractor engagement.
- Assist with project cost tracking, variations and budget management.
- Prepare progress claims and payment schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and contract records.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and consultants.
- Provide commercial and administrative support to the Director and Project Manager.
- Previous experience within residential construction.
- Experience as a Junior Contract Administrator, Estimator, Project Coordinator or similar.
- Estimating experience will be highly regarded.
- A sound understanding of residential construction methodologies.
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
- Salary of $110,000 + Super.
