Are you a seasoned Contracts Administrator or Project Manager
with a strong background in high-end residential construction? We’re working with an award-winning custom home builder known for delivering some of Sydney’s most prestigious and architecturally designed homes – and they’re looking for someone like you.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration and project delivery
- Handle procurement, trade letting, budgets, and variation management
- Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, and trades
- Ensure projects are running on time and within budget
- Contribute to team meetings, reporting, and site coordination
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator and/or Project Management role
- Experience in high-end residential construction is essential
- Proven ability to manage documentation, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac, or similar construction software is ideal
