Carpenter Leading Hand

As the Carpenter Leading Hand, you will:

• Oversee and lead site carpentry operations across a variety of residential projects
• Manage and mentor two apprentices/labourers on-site
• Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and quality control
• Assist with coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to all site safety requirements

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter in residential construction
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Hands-on ability and willingness to lead from the front
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret plans
• QBCC Licence – Required
• White Card
• Own tools and reliable transport

• Competitive salary of $90,000 – $110,000 + super, depending on experience
