Build Some of Newcastle's Finest Homes We are a growing residential construction company specialising in the delivery of custom luxury homes valued up to $5 million throughout the Newcastle and Hunter region.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Leading Hand who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to work on architecturally designed, high-end residential projects.

About the Role Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- High-quality carpentry across all stages of construction
- Leading and coordinating small site teams and subcontractors
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Ensuring projects maintain exceptional quality standards
- Managing daily site activities and maintaining program timelines
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Working closely with clients, supervisors, and trades on premium residential projects
- Qualified Carpenter with relevant trade certification
- Previous experience in high-end residential construction
- Leading Hand or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Up to $45/hr + Super (based on experience)
