are looking for a Carpenter/Leading Hand
to join a dynamic, fast-growing construction business delivering high-end residential projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria. With a solid pipeline through to next year and a clear vision to expand within their active sectors, this is a great opportunity to get in early and grow with the business.
The management team are hands on and have quickly built a reputation for quality and professionalism. With a small and growing team, the culture is tight-knit, collaborative, and progression-focused.
This role is ideal for a Carpenter who’s ready to take the next step. You will be working closely with a Site Manager across 2-3 live projects, typically valued up to $5m. You’ll still be on the tools but will be encouraged to take on more responsibilities over time, with the goal to continue progressing within the business.
The ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Carpenter with minimum 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience
- Comfortable on the tools, but ready to take on more site coordination and leadership
- Solid understanding of bespoke residential builds
- Down-to-earth, proactive and a strong communicator
- Local to Melbourne’s northern suburbs for easy access to project sites
- Looking for a long-term career pathway within a growing business
