Compensation:$90K–$110K base + super + commission

Team: Join a state team of 5, with 30 brokers nationwide
This is a high-activity B2B sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle: sourcing leads, building your own pipeline, pitching clients, and closing deals within 2–3 week sales cycles. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where resilience and hunger translate directly into earnings.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Make 40–60 manual outbound calls/day to C&I decision-makers.
- Self-generate leads through research, outreach, referrals and follow-ups.
- Build, manage and convert your own pipeline from prospecting through to close.
- Navigate deals with ~$20K average contract value.
- Conduct needs analysis with commercial clients.
- Present energy brokerage solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and timelines.
- Close deals consistently in 2–3 week cycles.
- Track activity, pipeline progress and forecasts.
- Maintain strong sales hygiene, discipline and follow-up cadence.
- B2B phone-based sales experience.
- Strong cold calling resilience and hunter mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and confidence.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Commercial drive, competitiveness and hunger to earn big.
- Experience in energy brokerage, telco, finance, freight, SaaS or service-based B2B sales.
- Exposure to short-cycle, high-volume deal environments.
