I’m recruiting a CI & Project Engineer for a well-established Australian FMCG manufacturer operating a high-volume site in Malaga.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this hands-on role focuses on capital project delivery, continuous improvement, and day-to-day engineering support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor and driving real, measurable change.
The Role:
- Lead CAPEX projects end-to-end (scope to commissioning)
- Reduce downtime, bottlenecks, and waste
- Improve equipment reliability, changeovers, and process efficiency
- Support lean practices, SOPs, and operator capability
- Champion safety, GMP, HACCP, and food quality standards
- Degree-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Chemical, or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience in food or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong CI mindset with proven project delivery experience
- Practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable on the floor
