This is a hands-on role overseeing full project delivery from pre-start through to practical completion.
The Role You will be responsible for managing subdivision and civil infrastructure projects including:
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Stormwater drainage and underground services
- Roadworks, pavements and intersections
- Sewer, water and associated civil packages
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of projects
- Programme development and tracking
- Budget management and cost reporting
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Stakeholder management with developers and local councils
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- 10+ years’ experience delivering civil projects
- Ideally, Strong background in subdivisions
- Experience in drainage, earthworks and services coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
- Relevant Civil Engineering qualification preferred
- Brisbane-based projects – minimal travel
