The Opportunity - You'll play a key role in delivering civil construction projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved.
Projects include:
- Residential subdivisions
- Urban infrastructure
- Roads and pavements
- Bulk earthworks
- Stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure
- Local government and land development projects
- Manage daily site operations and construction activities
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate project schedules and resources
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
- Monitor quality, productivity and project performance
- Liaise with clients, engineers, developers and project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track
You may be:
- A Leading Hand or Foreman ready to step into site management
- A Site Supervisor looking for greater responsibility
- An experienced Site Manager seeking a long-term opportunity with a respected contractor
- Civil construction experience
- Exposure to subdivision and/or urban infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements
