Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of a $15 million earthworks package, managing the civil subcontractor while ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
- Lead and coordinate daily earthworks construction activities.
- Manage subcontractor performance, productivity, and safety.
- Monitor progress against program and resolve site issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
- Work closely with project management, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain a strong safety culture across all site activities.
- Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent on major civil construction projects.
- Strong earthworks delivery experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and site teams.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Current White Card.
- Availability to commence immediately
- Immediate start.
- 8–12 week contract.
- Attractive remuneration package of $250k + Super or TFR equivalent up to $280k
- Monday to Friday, 10 hour days plus Saturday, 8 hour shifts.
- Site vehicle provided.
- Laptop supplied.
