This is a senior, hands on leadership role overseeing multiple civil projects concurrently and managing large site teams. The position offers long term stability for the right individual.
The Role:
- Perth or Geraldton based
- DIDO role with travel across multiple WA sites
- Company vehicle provided (reasonable private use included)
- Oversight of 10-15 projects simultaneously
- Management of approximately 180 - 200 personnel
- Predominantly site based with some office and reporting requirements
- Monday to Friday role with flexibility for weekend work as required.
About You:
You will be a proven civil leader who has worked their way up from the tools and understands site operations inside and out.
Key Experience:
- 10 - 15+ years experience in civil construction
- Strong exposure to MRWA scopes
- Detailed civil earthworks background
- Project and resource planning expertise
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of plant and machinery
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules
- Solutions focused and proactive
- Ambitious and capable of taking ownership of the role
- Comfortable balancing site presence with office based work
- Competent with Microsoft and reporting systems
- S26 or Section 44
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Operator background
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- Clean national Police Clearance
- Salary up to $220,000 depending on experience
- Company vehicle with private use
- Long term role with a strong project pipeline
- No FIFO - DIDO only
- Interstate candidates open to relocating to WA are encouraged to apply
