to join their team for projects in the Pilbara on either 2:1 roster / 8:6 roster.
Primarily 2:1 rosters available

About the role
This role would suit someone who has had solid experience within the civil space supervising teams
Ideally someone who has had experience in rostered / remote positions.
- Must be experienced in Detailed Earthworks & Concrete Works and building construction projects.
- Supervisor must be well-versed in mine site HSEQ construction requirements.
- Provide daily supervision and coordination of workers to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards in a safe manner.
- Oversee bulk and detailed earthworks, with particular attention to concreting and structural elements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate – Essential
- In-depth knowledge of concreting and structural processes associated with civil projects.
- Possess construction trade qualifications with strong expertise in earthworks, structural
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage site teams safely
- Comprehensive understanding of mining and construction safety regulations.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and White Card required – Essential
