This is a contractor that's earned its reputation the hard way with nearly five decades of delivering complex, high profile civil and infrastructure projects across Australia, including in some of the country's most demanding and remote environments. Privately owned, ISO certified across Quality, Safety and Environment, and led by a stable leadership team with genuine longevity, this is a business built on doing things properly.
With a strong and growing pipeline of civil and infrastructure work in Western Australia, they're selectively adding experienced supervisors who bring the same values they operate by: quality outcomes, full accountability, and a collaborative approach on site.
The Role:
As Civil Supervisor, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader keeping site operations running safely, on programme, and to standard. Working closely with the Site and Project Manager, you'll have real autonomy to direct daily activities while being well supported by an experienced delivery team behind you.
Day to day you'll be:
- Supervising civil and infrastructure works on site from mobilisation through to completion
- Directing subcontractors and site crews to maintain programme and quality standards
- Conducting and recording toolbox talks, pre-starts and daily site inspections
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they become problems
- Maintaining accurate site records, diaries and compliance documentation
- Driving a strong safety culture
You're an experienced Civil Supervisor who knows how to lead a site without being told how. You've got solid civil construction runs on the board, you command respect on the tools, and you bring a professional, no fuss approach to getting work done right, bringing with you;
- Demonstrated experience supervising civil or infrastructure construction works
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
- The ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Solid subcontractor and crew management skills
- A current driver's licence
- White Card (essential)
- $140,000 - $160,000 base salary + Superannuation
- 20% site uplift on top.
- Work with a business that has real values, not just a values page on their website
- A stable pipeline of meaningful civil and infrastructure projects in WA
- The backing of a nationally experienced contractor with nearly 50 years of delivery
- A leadership team that's invested in your success on site
