We’re on the lookout for a hands-on leader
to oversee day-to-day site operations, drive productivity, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing all site activities across residential/industrial subdivision projects
- Managing subcontractors, plant, and labour on-site
- Ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
- Driving HSE compliance and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
- Liaising with project engineers, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in subdivisions or similar civil projects
- Solid knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and service installation
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- White Card + relevant tickets (e.g., RIW, First Aid, etc.)
- Driver’s Licence
- Up to $160k base salary + Super + Vehicle
