The Role:
With continued growth and the successful award of additional projects across Perth, our client is seeking to strengthen their site delivery team and is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the business. This role will play a key part in overseeing day to day site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across a range of civil infrastructure works.
Successful Candidates will have the following:
- Proven experience supervising civil infrastructure or subdivision projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Sound understanding of earthworks, drainage, and road construction activities.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple crews, subcontractors, and project priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence.
- $120,000 - $160,000 + Superannuation (DoE)
