Our client, a leading civil contractor, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily site operations for subdivision projects (earthworks, roadworks, drainage, utilities).
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with WHS standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, preferably subdivisions.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, plans, and specifications.
- WHS compliance experience and ability to lead a site team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Civil construction qualifications or trade background highly regarded.
