The Role:
Having picked up further stages on their development projects, with an influx of new estates and sites, they are looking to expand their supervising team, to ensure a balanced workload within the business, and are searching for an individual that takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of site morale. This role would see you as a Civil Supervisor
managing 3-5 sites through the Perth Metropolitan, managing subcontractors and delivering subdivisions from the earthworks, to the roads and kerbing.
Experienced Required To Be Successful:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working on subdivision projects, ideally in Perth, or interstate.
- A solid understanding of Detailed Earthworks, Drainage, Roads, Underground Services.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors.
- An understanding of Health & Safety standards and commitment to ensuring a safe worksite.
- Salary starting from $120k to $160k- Depending on Experience
- Fully maintained company vehicle, and fuel card.
