We’re currently recruiting Claims Coordinators on behalf of a well-established client within the insurance industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in insurance, claims or administration, with full training provided.
You don’t need previous insurance or claims experience, we’re more interested in finding people who are proactive, organised, confident communicating with customers and able to work well under pressure.
About the role
As a Claims Coordinator, you’ll manage your own portfolio of claims, working closely with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes.
The role can be very fast-paced, with quick turnaround times and a high volume of work, so you’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working towards clear KPIs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish
- Coordinating with customers, trades, assessors and other stakeholders
- Following up outstanding information and progressing claims
- Managing a high volume of claims and meeting strict turnaround times
- Working towards and maintaining high KPIs
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the claims process
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate claim records
We’re open to candidates without insurance or claims experience and can provide full training.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work towards KPIs and deadlines

- $68k–$75k package, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday
- Choice of 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm shifts
