The Opportunity:
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the construction team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout their project journey. You’ll also work closely with internal teams—such as sales, design, and construction—to support smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with the Interior Designer and assist other administrative departments as needed
- Manage coordination of variations and prepare colour selection documentation
- Liaise with Watercorp, Western Power, and other relevant authorities to request and organise necessary documentation
- Provide clients with regular updates throughout the pre-construction to handover process
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide reception support when required

- Must have at least 2+ years experience as a Client Liaison consultant for a Project or Custom home builder
- Exceptional high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
- Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
