As a Client Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the preconstruction process, ensuring clear communication and a seamless journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships for high volume of clients
- Providing regular updates on construction progress
- Liaising with internal teams including construction, estimating, and drafting
- Managing client queries, variations, and expectations professionally
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Previous experience in a Client Liaison, Customer Service, or Project Coordination role
- Experience within residential construction or project home building is highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Up to $85k + super
