The Opportunity:
In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and make it your own. You will report to the Construction Manager, mentor and support a growing Client Liaison team, and act as the central point of contact between clients and the construction team.
- Provide support and mentorship to Client Liaison team members
- Update key clients on the progress of their build
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Design, and Construction
- Identify and implement new opportunities and innovative ideas to enhance the customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service who is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind.
- 2+ years working as Client Liaison Team leader for a residential builder OR
- 5+ years experience working as a Senior Client Liaison, or previous residential experience - looking to return to the construction industry
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Genuine approach with the ability to lead others
