Client-Side Project Manager – Specialist Disability Accommodation (Victoria)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join a purpose-driven organisation delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects across Victoria.

About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Class 3 SDA property developments—from concept and design to construction and handover. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that each project meets compliance standards and is delivered on time and within budget. The role offers flexible working arrangements and the autonomy to manage your own projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Class 3 SDA projects across Victoria
- Administer construction contracts and progress claims
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government/regulatory bodies
- Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance
- Provide clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience in a client-side Project Manager
- Single dwelling residential experience
- Familiarity with SDA design standards and Class 3 building classification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., AS 4000, AS 4902)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Based in Victoria with the ability to attend site visits and project meetings
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Driver’s Licence (preferred)
