As a Colours Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the exciting journey of personalising their dream home. You’ll help customers select colours, materials, and finishes that suit their style and budget — creating spaces they’ll love for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with clients in the Colour Studio
- Provide expert advice on colour schemes, design trends, and product selections
- Ensure an enjoyable and stress-free customer experience throughout the selections process
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage product availability
- Maintain accurate documentation of client selections
- Stay up to date with market trends and new product releases
- A passion for interior design, colours, and trends.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role & experience in residential construction or building selections is highly regarded
- Qualification in Interior Design or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
