Compliance Manager:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies aligned with Australian laws and renewable energy regulations
- Ensure adherence to CEC standards, rebate schemes, consumer law, WHS, licensing, finance, and data privacy requirements
- Oversee contractor and installer compliance, including licensing, safety, and quality standards
- Verify staff and contractor qualifications and accreditations
- Manage insurance coverage and claims processes
- Identify and report key compliance risks to senior leadership
- Deliver compliance training and updates across the business
- Lead investigations into breaches and implement corrective actions
- Review marketing and sales materials for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure customer agreements are clear and transparent
- Monitor and resolve complaints related to sales practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance in daily operations
- Liaise with legal advisors on compliance and risk matters
- Support cross-functional initiatives to ensure consistent policy application
