- Help with job documentation and preparing contracts
- Order and track project documents
- Manage client portals and handover packs
- Upload and organize documents in our system
- Answer phone calls and help clients
- Help with authority and insurance paperwork
- General office tasks like banking, invoices, and supplies
- 1+ years of experience working in construction
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
