As a Construction Customer Service Officer, you'll support customers throughout their build journey, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and accurate. You will work closely with construction supervisors, estimating, drafting, and trades to keep projects on track and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction, maintenance and warranty phases
- Provide updates on build progress, timelines, and variations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow
- Prepare and manage documentation, contracts, and compliance paperwork
- Manage after-sales service requests and maintenance enquiries
- Ensure all communication is delivered with professionalism and care.
- Experience in customer service within project homes or residential construction
- Sound knowledge of the construction process and warranty phase
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Experience with construction/CRM software (desirable)
- Up to $85k + super (experience dependant)
- Liverpool area, onsite parking
