We are seeking an experienced Contract Foreman to manage post-structural steel sequence on this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate trades working on the post structural sequence
- Drive sequencing of works to ensure program milestones are met
- Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, site safety, and company standards
- Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, and other supervisors to maintain workflow
- Monitor quality and productivity, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Push trades to deliver safely, on time, and to specification
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on high-rise or complex commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of post-structural works
- Ability to manage multiple trades across a vertical build efficiently
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in high-rise towers or multi-storey projects highly regarded
