Construction Foreman
A well-established developer-builder with a strong pipeline of multistorey residential projects is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their Brisbane team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale residential developments within a stable, vertically integrated business that delivers high-quality outcomes and retains strong site teams.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day site delivery, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
Depending on your background, you will be responsible for either structural or finishing stages, including:
- Supervising subcontractors and site labour
- Coordinating daily activities to meet programme milestones
- Maintaining site safety, quality and compliance standards
- Assisting with sequencing and short-term planning
- Ensuring workmanship meets project specifications and standards
- Proven experience as a Foreman on multistorey residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of either structure or finishes (or both)
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work fronts
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements
- Strong communication skills and a proactive leadership style
