About the role:
You’ll lead and mentor a team of Site Supervisors, setting clear expectations around timelines, quality, and site operations to ensure consistent, high performance across all projects. Through regular site visits and hands-on support, you’ll develop capability, drive accountability, and make timely decisions to resolve issues affecting cost, quality, and delivery.
- Experience working as Construction Manager or as a Senior Site Supervisor working for a residential builder
- Proven capability to lead and mentor other Site Supervisors
- Solid tenure with current or previous employers
- Ambitious, Genuine and forward-thinking
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management abilities
