About the Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing a team delivering multiple projects ranging from $300k to $5m across metro Perth. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, PMs, and CA’s helping to guide programs, solve issues, and maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects concurrently
- Support and mentor delivery teams across sites
- Ensure smooth coordination of trades, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Work closely with Directors on strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in residential construction
- Confidence managing multiple small-to-mid-scale projects
- Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site coordination
- Leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
