The Role
- End-to-end delivery of commercial office fit outs and refurbishments
- Project values up to $4.5M
- Project sizes ranging from 5,000 – 15,000 sqm
- Depending on project scale, manage one major project or multiple smaller projects concurrently
- Responsibility for program, cost control, subcontractor management, and client coordination
- Travel to WA may be required but at this stage isn't definitely going to happen
- Proven experience delivering commercial office fit out / refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial and program management capability
- Confident managing subcontractors and stakeholders
- Experience using Procore is essential
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced CBD environment
- 6-month initial contract
- Melbourne CBD-based projects
- Competitive contract rates based on experience
