Working within a structured framework, you will play a key part in supporting the construction team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and Site Supervisors
- Prepare and manage contracts, variations, and project documentation
- Coordinate scheduling and track job progress
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Assist with procurement and general project coordination
- Previous experience in construction administration(essential)
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
