Contracts Administrator
A well-established and highly respected commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing team on the Gold Coast.
With a strong pipeline of projects across the region, this builder delivers high-quality commercial, community, and government developments and is known for maintaining long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Letting and administration of subcontract packages
- Procurement of trades and supplier negotiations
- Contract administration including variations, progress claims and cost reporting
- Preparation and management of project budgets and forecasts
- Review of subcontractor claims and progress payments
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and the project delivery team to ensure smooth project execution
About You
- 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
- Experience working on projects typically valued between $5M – $30M (preferred)
- Strong understanding of subcontract letting and cost management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trade packages and maintain accurate project documentation
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
