Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time. Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, industrial, & commercial projects valued between $2m - $20m.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
- Administer the project HSE system
- 5-10 years Contract Administrator experience
- Direct experience with a commercial construction Head Contractor
- Experience with Cheops essential
- Bachelors or relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong communicator with clients and subcontractors
- Team player
