is currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator
to join a highly respected residential builder renowned for delivering architecturally designed apartments, townhouses, and bespoke single dwellings across Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a reputable company known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and long-standing industry relationships. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, you’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment, supported by a collaborative and experienced team.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence
- Assist in tracking project costs and budgets, and provide regular cost reports to project stakeholders
- Liaise with clients, consultants, site teams, and project managers to maintain clear communication and alignment
- Minimum three years Contract Administration experience
- Experience working across multi-residential and townhouse projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
