Design & Build is partnering with a favourite tier 3 client of ours to source a quality contract administrator.

The Role
We’re looking for an intermediate to senior level Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of upcoming commercial projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team from tender through to project completion. This is a Brisbane office-based role with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage head and subcontractor contracts
- Administer variations, progress claims, RFIs, and procurement
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control
- 4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Proven experience on commercial new build projects ($10M+)
- Project diversity
