With a strong pipeline of early learning projects, they are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join their team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a program delivering new-build and refurbishment preschool projects across New South Wales, with individual project values up to $20 million. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of these projects, working closely with the project management team and stakeholders.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier packages
- Reviewing scopes, negotiating terms, and administering contracts
- Monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and forecasting project financials
- Managing variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Assisting with procurement, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve commercial issues
- A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or education sector construction
- A solid understanding of contract law, construction budgets, and procurement
- Highly organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
