The Opportunity
They're seeking a Contract Administrator to support their delivery team on a pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Administer head and subcontractor contracts—preparation, negotiation, and compliance
- Manage procurement, variations, claims, and payment cycles
- Track budgets and forecasts, supporting monthly financial reporting
- Collaborate with PMs, site teams, and suppliers on contractual issues
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and company standards
- Support handover by preparing accurate commercial documentation
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects
- High attention to detail with a strong grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement
- Confident communicator and negotiator with stakeholders across all levels
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes
- Up to $150,000 + Super, depending on experience
