The Company

A multi-award-winning integrated D&C builder with over 30 years in the fit-out and refurbishment space. Known for bridging the gap between architectural vision and quality construction, they deliver design-led projects across luxury retail, hospitality, hotel, health, and commercial sectors. Quality is key for them and their culture thrives on meticulous attention to detail, innovation, and a collaborative, safety-first mindset.

The Opportunity

They're seeking a Contract Administrator to support their delivery team on a pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. If you’re looking for a role where your commercial oversight directly drives project quality and client satisfaction, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

  • Administer head and subcontractor contracts—preparation, negotiation, and compliance
  • Manage procurement, variations, claims, and payment cycles
  • Track budgets and forecasts, supporting monthly financial reporting
  • Collaborate with PMs, site teams, and suppliers on contractual issues
  • Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and company standards
  • Support handover by preparing accurate commercial documentation
About You
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects
  • High attention to detail with a strong grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with stakeholders across all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes
In Return
  • Up to $150,000 + Super, depending on experience
  • Join a values-driven, award-winning team with a proven track record and repeat clients
  • Work across creative, technical fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Enjoy a culture that celebrates quality, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Benefit from clear career progression and real autonomy
