We’re seeking a detail-driven Contract Administrator
to support project delivery across a range of commercial and hospitality projects.
Our client are a well respected D&C fit out company, with an office base in Sydney's Northern Beaches. They are looking for an experienced CA to work flexibly from their office on a 12 month contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and tender packages
- Administer contracts and track variations, EOTs, and progress claims
- Support Project Managers with program tracking and cost control
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting are always on point
- 2+ years' experience as a CA in commercial construction or fit-out
- Must be proficient using Procore
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Sound understanding of construction contracts
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
