We are on the lookout for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client's team in the heart of the Sydney CBD. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, working alongside a collaborative team of PMs, Site Managers, and clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, scopes, and procurement
- Managing variations, progress claims, and project budgets
- Supporting project delivery teams from contract award through to final accounts
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- 2–5+ years’ experience in contract administration within the fit-out/refurb sector
- Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Jobpac or similar)
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
