Contract Administrator

Location: Multiple metropolitan locations across Melbourne’s northern and eastern suburbs
Contract Value:$15M
Contract Term: Immediate start – April 2026 (with potential extension / temp-to-perm opportunity)

We’re working with a national leader in modular construction, delivering innovative and sustainable building solutions across education, health, and commercial sectors. They are now seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team and play a key role in the delivery of three modular kindergarten projects for the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

The Opportunity
This role will see you managing contracts across three active sites, with subcontractor procurement and pre-construction already completed. The contracts are ready to drop – meaning you’ll step straight into a delivery-focused role. You’ll work alongside a Project Administrator and Senior Contract Administrator, ensuring compliance with client requirements and successful delivery through to completion in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer head contract and subcontract agreements across three active sites
• Manage variations, progress claims, extensions of time, and reporting requirements
• Liaise with the VSBA and other institutional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with contract stipulations around social engagement and community outcomes
• Support the project team with documentation and contract control in Aconex and Navision

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial or institutional projects
• VSBA project experience(highly desirable)
• Familiarity with Aconex(essential); exposure to Navision an advantage (training provided)
• Experience in modular construction(highly desirable due to the fast pace)
• Strong understanding of contract compliance, stakeholder engagement, and documentation requirements
