Contracts Administrator

Design and Build are working with a Tier 3 commercial construction company in Brisbane who are seeking a talented Contract Administrator to join their well-established team.
As the Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial new build projects, typically ranging from $10M – $80M.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all contractual and financial aspects of projects.
- Preparing and reviewing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Handling variations, progress claims, and cost reporting.
- Supporting the Project Manager in procurement, scheduling, and budget control.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and financial management.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a project team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline (preferred).
