Contracts Administrator
Are you a skilled Contracts Administrator looking to work on significant commercial new build projects?
Design & Build Recruitment is recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a leading Tier 3 Commercial Construction company. You will be working for a very well established and quality builder with a huge pipeline of new build projects across Brisbane. Projects will consist of education, commercial and industrial new builds valued up to $60M.
The Role
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be a key contributor to the success of the projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Managing budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitoring variations, progress claims, and project reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in new build commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
