An established industrial and commercial builder, with over 20 years of proven experience, is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing WA team. This role will see you play a key part in delivering a $35 million industrial project located near the Perth CBD, with a strong pipeline of future work ensuring long term career stability and development.
This national builder has a strong reputation for delivering high quality industrial and commercial projects up to $50 million across multiple states.
You’ll be supported by a fully resourced site team, including an experienced Site Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer, all backed by a network of highly experienced construction professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and management of external variations
- Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts
- Tracking and management of project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Oversight of project documentation and HSE administration
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
- Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish
- Experience on industrial or large-scale commercial projects with significant structural elements
- Strong knowledge of Perth’s construction market and subcontractor base
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
