The Opportunity
Due to a strong pipeline of high-end residential and boutique apartment projects, this growing business is seeking a capable Contract Administrator to join their commercial team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the financial and contractual success of beautifully crafted, design-focused builds - working closely with an experienced Project Manager and supportive senior leadership.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, your duties will include:
- Preparing, issuing and managing subcontractor packages from procurement to close-out
- Administering head contract and subcontract agreements, including variations, RFIs and progress claims
- Assisting with cost reporting, forecasting and commercial tracking throughout the project lifecycle
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and consultant documentation to ensure contractual clarity
- Managing compliance, insurances, WHS documentation and contract obligations
- Supporting project teams with stakeholder coordination, program updates and meeting minutes
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 2–5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in high-end residential or commercial construction
- Exposure to detailed, design-driven builds - luxury residential or boutique apartments highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and commercial processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with sharp attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with PMs and site teams
- Salary package up to $150,000 + Super, depending on experience
- Exposure to premium projects with a strong design and craftsmanship focus
- Work closely with a hands-on leadership team in a supportive, collaborative environment

- Long-term opportunity to grow into Senior CA or Project Manager roles
