Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
- Track project costs and budgets, providing timely and transparent cost reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, site teams, and project managers to ensure strong communication and alignment
- Minimum four years’ experience as a Contract Administrator
- Experience across the custom/high-end residential sector
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and relevant regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Highly organised, with a meticulous and systematic approach to work
