The Opportunity
They’re seeking a Contract Administrator to support their delivery team on a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, where your commercial oversight directly influences project quality, program certainty, and client satisfaction.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
- Administer head and subcontractor contracts, including preparation, negotiation and compliance
- Manage procurement, variations, progress claims and payment cycles
- Track budgets and forecasts, supporting monthly financial reporting
- Collaborate with PMs, site teams and suppliers on contractual and scope matters
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and internal company standards
- Support project handover through accurate commercial documentation
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 3–5+ years’ experience in contract administration across fit-out or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, cost control and procurement
- Confident communicator and negotiator with subcontractors and consultants
- Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes
- Salary package up to $140,000 + Super, depending on experience
